Crafted with the highest quality material, the all-weather aluminium is waterproof, frost-resistant and UV-resistant, making it as durable as it is stylish. During the warmer seasons, once the teak wood is exposed to the air and heat, the colour will fade to become a silver-grey patina. So to preserve the honey-coloured appearance of your teak, we recommend using a Teak Care Protector once a year for the best results (you can use a Teak Oil but it’s only a short-term solution). This set can be left outside all year round, however we recommend using one of our winter protective covers for superior protection in cold weather.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Free delivery for orders over £50 and £4.99 delivery for orders less than £50.

Prices are for UK Mainland only. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays, depending on your local DPD depot.

We strive to deliver goods within 30 days from the date of order. If your order will take longer than 30 days, we’ll inform you before accepting and completing your order.

Remote delivery locations

Other areas such as the Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands may be subject to additional charges. Please contact us before making your purchase.

Delivery slots

A delivery date will be booked in to allow time to accept the delivery. Cancellations or orders with failed pre-booked deliveries will be quoted for re-delivery which will cost around £45 per package or pallet.

Useful information

All garden furniture will be delivered kerbside unless otherwise stated. All other products will be delivered to your front door.

Machinery and furniture orders will require a signature as proof of delivery due to the high value of the goods.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind? We’re happy to refund your item as long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. You’ll need to return it back to us in new and unused condition, with tags still attached in the product’s original packaging.

How to return your item

Simply email returns@internetgardener.co.uk to arrange your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Package your item securely and obtain a free proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Without proof of postage we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure you send your item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. All products are checked by our Returns Department. If everything looks good, we’ll refund the price of your item to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.

Faulty or damaged items

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 1 working day of the delivery date so we can make it right.

Please note we can only refund the postage costs to return the item if it was incorrect or faulty.
