Built In BBQs
Creating a cooking area in your garden with a built-in BBQ grill is a popular trend in many homes, bringing indoor convenience to your outdoor kitchen.
The Australian company Beefeater are one of the world leaders in manufacturing BBQs at the highest level, with attention to detail in build quality. The ranges start with the Discovery or 1100 E series of 3, 4, and 5 burner gas BBQs with enamelled cooking hoods. The range expands to the top of the line 304 all stainless-steel Signature barbecue collection, often used in commercial kitchens. All are designed to be built in, creating your own outdoor kitchen and entertaining area.
Table top Meridian Grill heads by Cadac are another option, as these do not need to be built in, instead they are designed to sit on a worktop, simplifying the installation. Position them on a non-combustible material such as a stone, granite, or even concrete. Plancha grills can be added to provide an additional hot plate for rapid cooking of fish, steaks, or even deserts such as pancakes. Natural gas conversion kits are available for most of the Beefeater built-in range.
