Landmann Grand XXL Broiler BBQ

Grand XXL Broiler with double charcoal doors comprises of a large 84 x 45cm cooking grill made of heavy duty cast iron, suitable for up to 14 people. The grill is split into two sections, each with a 30.5cm removable centre circle, compatible with NEW Landmann Modulus Cooking System. Here you can add additional accessories such as a pizza stone set, BBQ wok and skewers set to add something new to your barbecue repertoire.

The double height adjustable charcoal grates raise and lower for both direct cooking of classic burgers and bangers, but also indirect cooking, "low and slow" pulled pork and joints of meat. Front loading charcoal doors allow the fuel to be topped up throughout, so not to disturb the food on the grill. Ventilation discs and an integrated central thermometer ensure you can regulate the perfect temperate throughout.

The barbecues folding side tables make it easier to store, whilst the cabinet underneath is spacious enough to store charcoal and other barbecue essentials.

4 piece cast-iron cooking grill. Measures 84 x 45cm. Cooking on cast-iron has many benefits; the grills are more durable, cook faster, retain heat longer & distribute it more evenly. They are easier to clean, can be seasoned & are an all-round better cooking surface. The cast iron centre circle has a diameter of 30.5cm, can easily lift out & is compatible with the Modulus Cooking System acessories

The double skinned lid helps retain heat during cooking. This is especially useful when cooking indirectly (i.e. not directly over the charcoal) . It has a built in thermometer so you know when the right temperature has been reached. Adjustable ventilation discs allow you to increase or reduce the air flow in the BBQ so as to raise or lower the temperature whilst cooking.

There is an enamel coated steel warming rack (measuring 81 x 13.5cm) to keep cooked food warm prior to eating.

The BBQ has two perforated (to help the air circulate), height adjustable charcoal pans. This means you can raise or lower the charcoal when cooking. This gives greater flexibility & allows for different types of cooking e.g. fast searing of steaks or slower cooking of meats. Having two charcoal pans means you can cook two individual pieces of food differently, at the same time

The BBQ has two separate firebowl doors. This means you can top up the charcoal without disturbing food whilst it cooks on the grill.

The BBQ is made from tough, durable, powder coated steel & it has a removable ash catcher to stop hot ash from falling out of the bottom of it.

On either side of the BBQ are convenient folding side-shelves. These can be lowered to make storage easier & raised when in use. They are ideal for preparing food on, holding utensils, condiments or food that is to be cooked.

The BBQ is mounted on a cabinet with 4 lockable castors. This makes the BBQ easy to transport but it can also be kept safely in position when in use. The cabinet can be used to store items such as charcoal, charcoal starters or utensils (for example).

Care Instructions

Clean your barbecue regularly.

Whilst hot, use a BBQ cleaning brush to clean any excess food residue from the grill. Once cool, clean the grills, charcoal tray and other parts with Landmann BBQ cleaning wipes or hot soapy water. Allow parts to dry thoroughly.

Cover your barbecue with premium Landmann cover to ensure long life for your barbecue. Check your barbecue is dry during periods of non-use, as residual condensation can promote rust.
