• Balmoral premium range tall bow top Estate Driveway Gates with spear finials.
• Balmoral range is usually made to order, delivery is around 6-8 weeks. There may be occasions that a size is in stock and available for faster delivery. Please call to check stocks if you require urgent delivery.
• Heavy duty 40mm x 30mm hanging frames.
• Heavy duty 40mm x 10mm all other frames.
• Infill bars 16mm diameter solid metal.
• Fittings included for easy installation onto brickwork or timber posts (no screws or wall plugs included). Metal posts should have the hinges welded onto the post.
• Limited Made-to-Measure is available in this range due to the fixed size rings, please call for a quote.
• Finish: Electro-galvanised (ZP within the product code) provides added rust resistance and is powder coated black. Other product codes are only primed black and must be top coat painted after installation.

Gates are made such that when viewing from the outside, the latch is inside on the right hand leaf. Please call if you require a change.
Hinged brackets supplied may not be as pictured.

Fits a total post to post GAP as stated in the size selection. Gate side height is 1775mm, rising to 2082mm to top of spear finial in the centre. We already account for the hinge and latch gaps within the width measurement listed. The upgraded electro galvanised finish provides added rust resistance and is powder coated black, should be inspected periodically and any chips paint touched up. Note: the galvanising is not a 100% rust proof guarantee. Like any outdoor metal product, it may need to be painted every couple of years to ensure long life.
Fittings included; comes with hinge angle brackets, bolts and latch. (No screws or wall plugs included) Nuts and bolts must be painted after fitting to prevent the onset of rust.

Optional 70mm, 100mm or 150mm square x 2400mm Long concrete-in, hinged, metal posts, select above.
Post finish will always be electro galvanised and powder coated black.
Posts are usually made to order, delivery is up to 28 days.

Shipping

Free delivery for orders over £50 and £4.99 delivery for orders less than £50.

Prices are for UK Mainland only. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays, depending on your local DPD depot.

We strive to deliver goods within 30 days from the date of order. If your order will take longer than 30 days, we’ll inform you before accepting and completing your order.

Remote delivery locations

Other areas such as the Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands may be subject to additional charges. Please contact us before making your purchase.

Delivery slots

A delivery date will be booked in to allow time to accept the delivery. Cancellations or orders with failed pre-booked deliveries will be quoted for re-delivery which will cost around £45 per package or pallet.

Useful information

All garden furniture will be delivered kerbside unless otherwise stated. All other products will be delivered to your front door.

Machinery and furniture orders will require a signature as proof of delivery due to the high value of the goods.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind? We’re happy to refund your item as long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. You’ll need to return it back to us in new and unused condition, with tags still attached in the product’s original packaging.

How to return your item

Simply email returns@internetgardener.co.uk to arrange your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Package your item securely and obtain a free proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Without proof of postage we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure you send your item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. All products are checked by our Returns Department. If everything looks good, we’ll refund the price of your item to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.

Faulty or damaged items

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 1 working day of the delivery date so we can make it right.

Please note we can only refund the postage costs to return the item if it was incorrect or faulty.
