Haddonstone Pan Term Statue, Stone Garden Ornament
This magnificent Pan Term statue comes fronm the range of stone statues from Haddonstone and will add an impressive focal point in any garden scheme. This statue depicts Pan, the Arcadian god of hills and woods, who is the protecting deity of flocks and herdsmen. Pan is portrayed as having the body of a man, but with the beard and horns of a goat, playing his syrinx. A beautiful lion's skin, complete with mask, robes his body and drapes the term pedestal. Traditionally used for terminating a path or hedge, or alternatively is ideal for positioning in a temple or grotto.
