This Mercia Tulip playhouse is 5ft by 5ft in size which is ideal for smaller gardens or patios. It has been built to comply with EU toy safety standards. Constructed from tongue and groove cladding this Wendy house also includes 4 windows to allow light to flood in during the daytime for hours of playhouse fun. This wooden playhouse is classically designed with a real attention to detail. The door is adorned with a flower motif, the peak of the apex roof has a finial and all the windows have a decorative cross. There is plenty of room on the interior for children to keep toys and play things and there is even a front porch to give them outside space to play on.

To ensure your purchase is protected from the weather we do advise that you treat this building with a high-quality timber preservative (spirit based) before or after construction. As with other timber buildings - this will need to be repeated as per the treatment manufacturer’s recommendations.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Free delivery for orders over £50 and £4.99 delivery for orders less than £50.

Prices are for UK Mainland only. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays, depending on your local DPD depot.

We strive to deliver goods within 30 days from the date of order. If your order will take longer than 30 days, we’ll inform you before accepting and completing your order.

Remote delivery locations

Other areas such as the Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands may be subject to additional charges. Please contact us before making your purchase.

Delivery slots

A delivery date will be booked in to allow time to accept the delivery. Cancellations or orders with failed pre-booked deliveries will be quoted for re-delivery which will cost around £45 per package or pallet.

Useful information

All garden furniture will be delivered kerbside unless otherwise stated. All other products will be delivered to your front door.

Machinery and furniture orders will require a signature as proof of delivery due to the high value of the goods.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind? We’re happy to refund your item as long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. You’ll need to return it back to us in new and unused condition, with tags still attached in the product’s original packaging.

How to return your item

Simply email returns@internetgardener.co.uk to arrange your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Package your item securely and obtain a free proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Without proof of postage we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure you send your item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. All products are checked by our Returns Department. If everything looks good, we’ll refund the price of your item to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.

Faulty or damaged items

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 1 working day of the delivery date so we can make it right.

Please note we can only refund the postage costs to return the item if it was incorrect or faulty.
