The Honeypot Poppy Playhouse provides everything you need to keep your little ones out of trouble for hours in the safety of the garden! Suitable for domestic use only.

This playhouse is a charming and traditional building, in which your children can play and explore their imagination while spending time in the garden. Featuring a minimum 12mm finger gap around the door, rounded timbers and ventilation holes, our playhouses are EN71 certified and CE Marked, to ensure they are safe for your children to play with every day. Made in the UK, using ethically sourced, FSC certified timber, this playhouse is constructed using quality materials to ensure a strong and weatherproof build.

The walls of this playhouse are constructed using premium horizontal interlocking tongue and groove boards with a shiplap profile. The shiplap profile includes a protective and aesthetically pleasing lip to create a strong, weatherproof panel. Complete with thick wooden framing to support the cladding internally, this building offers a rigid and long-lasting structure. Solid sheet board is used to form the floor and roof, a durable material that is made up of several layers of tightly compacted oriented strands. Solid sheet board is perfect for everyday general use.

Robust roofing felt, fixtures and fittings are all supplied as standard, alongside our detailed instructions and our manufacturer’s recommendations, to ensure a simple and stress free assembly process. All of our buildings come with an Anti-rot guarantee, to ensure your garden building looks great and lasts the test of time, this building in particular comes with a conditional 10 year Anti-rot guarantee as well as a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Annual re-treatment is required to maintain your building and the Anti-rot guarantee. Suitable for children aged 36 months+.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Free delivery for orders over £50 and £4.99 delivery for orders less than £50.

Prices are for UK Mainland only. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays, depending on your local DPD depot.

We strive to deliver goods within 30 days from the date of order. If your order will take longer than 30 days, we’ll inform you before accepting and completing your order.

Remote delivery locations

Other areas such as the Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands may be subject to additional charges. Please contact us before making your purchase.

Delivery slots

A delivery date will be booked in to allow time to accept the delivery. Cancellations or orders with failed pre-booked deliveries will be quoted for re-delivery which will cost around £45 per package or pallet.

Useful information

All garden furniture will be delivered kerbside unless otherwise stated. All other products will be delivered to your front door.

Machinery and furniture orders will require a signature as proof of delivery due to the high value of the goods.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind? We’re happy to refund your item as long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. You’ll need to return it back to us in new and unused condition, with tags still attached in the product’s original packaging.

How to return your item

Simply email returns@internetgardener.co.uk to arrange your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Package your item securely and obtain a free proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Without proof of postage we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure you send your item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. All products are checked by our Returns Department. If everything looks good, we’ll refund the price of your item to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.

Faulty or damaged items

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 1 working day of the delivery date so we can make it right.

Please note we can only refund the postage costs to return the item if it was incorrect or faulty.
