The May Decapo DG 3.0m Round Cantilever Parasol can be set to any required angle. this is achieved with the clever use of a ball joint mechanism. Now it is possible to shade every area of your garden, patio or balcony space, gaining comfort and privacy in a matter of minutes - then through out the day to the very end moment, the sun is at its lowest. All this technology has been born out of sheer determination and innovative flair, by a German family run business, that have made it their goal to produce quality parasols and sun shade solutions. The May Decapo Cantilever Parasol features a sturdy canopy lock to prevent swaying in the wind, that can be operated whilst the canopy is in an inclined position. The Decapo's parasol canopy can be adjusted through all three axes : 360° around the support pole, 180° around the cross arm and 90° around the joint axi - giving you complete and optimal adjustability. The incredibly easy operation of the May Decapo 3.0m Round Standard Cantilever Parasol is made as comfortable and ergonomic as possible for the user, who can adjust the height of the controls when needed. The height can also be altered effortlessly thanks to the integral pneumatic spring, that once adjusted, can be secured using the double clamps The May Decapo 3.0m Round Standard Cantilever Parasol is opened and closed by way of a quality and robust crank, which again for safety can be securely locked in to position in the blink of an eye. The framework has been made from high quality alloyed, extruded aluminium profiles, the surfaces of the frames are highly impact proof and have been anodized, before being finished in a natural silver grey. The same care and attention has been given to the spokes, that are made from powder coated spring steel.

Shipping

Free delivery for orders over £50 and £4.99 delivery for orders less than £50.

Prices are for UK Mainland only. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays, depending on your local DPD depot.

We strive to deliver goods within 30 days from the date of order. If your order will take longer than 30 days, we’ll inform you before accepting and completing your order.

Remote delivery locations

Other areas such as the Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands may be subject to additional charges. Please contact us before making your purchase.

Delivery slots

A delivery date will be booked in to allow time to accept the delivery. Cancellations or orders with failed pre-booked deliveries will be quoted for re-delivery which will cost around £45 per package or pallet.

Useful information

All garden furniture will be delivered kerbside unless otherwise stated. All other products will be delivered to your front door.

Machinery and furniture orders will require a signature as proof of delivery due to the high value of the goods.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind? We’re happy to refund your item as long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. You’ll need to return it back to us in new and unused condition, with tags still attached in the product’s original packaging.

How to return your item

Simply email returns@internetgardener.co.uk to arrange your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Package your item securely and obtain a free proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Without proof of postage we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure you send your item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. All products are checked by our Returns Department. If everything looks good, we’ll refund the price of your item to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.

Faulty or damaged items

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 1 working day of the delivery date so we can make it right.

Please note we can only refund the postage costs to return the item if it was incorrect or faulty.
