Let Us Assemble Your Garden Furniture

For 2019 we have launched a new service to make shopping for garden furniture that little bit more enjoyable.

Initially launching on selected products, we can now deliver and assemble your new purchases and remove all the packaging, leaving you free to enjoy your new furniture without the stress. However, if you simply require a delivery service, we can of course still offer this, and we will arrange your delivery via national network of pallet services to arrive on a wooden pallet.

The products available for the assembly service upgrade are shown below and also show with the option to 'add assembly' for a fee on the product listing, which you can easily add at the point of ordering. Currently, we are only offering this on items held in our own UK warehouses; we hold huge stocks in the main season, so we will have furniture to suit every garden.

What is included? Chevron

Once you select this service and purchase a product, our delivery service team will be in touch to arrange your delivery - usually within 3 days of order processing. A suitable weekday will be agreed with you directly and on the day you will receive a call approximately one hour before delivery. On delivery, they will set up your new furniture and remove all packaging, and then take a photo of the set in situ. You simply sign for to confirm you are happy with the goods. After this, all you need to do is pour yourself a drink and get ready to enjoy your furniture without the stress of removing big cardboard boxes and a large wooden pallet.

Is it in stock? Chevron

Our site offers due dates on many products which are not presently in stock. Please bear in mind, this service is only available for orders despatched from our own UK warehouses and not available on items sent directly from our brand partners. If your item is pre-ordered or not in stock, we can back order where only a 50% deposit is required with the remainder only processed once your furniture is ready for despatch. We will of course keep you updated with any lead times should your item not be in stock at the time of ordering.

Are there any delivery zone surcharges? Chevron

Zone 1 is included at the quoted price
Zone 2 incurs a 30 surcharge
Zone 3 incurs a 30 surcharge

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver outside of these areas.

Will you deliver on weekends or bank holidays? Chevron

We are pleased to offer weekend and bank holiday delivery as an upgrade to your assembly service to enhance your experience of purchasing garden furniture online.
Assembled delivery upgrades:

Weekend - 35
Bank holiday - 35

To take advantage of this service, our team require the following:

Clear level external access (sorry, we cannot deliver through a house)
Suitable and safe parking outside the address

Should our team arrive to deliver and we are not able due to access restrictions, we can of course leave the items in a safe place for you. Should your items be returned at this point, a refund can be obtained; however, as the delivery has been attempted at your location, the refund would be minus the return delivery charge.
