The Eden Broadway 8ft x 4ft Lean-To Greenhouse Green is an attractive lean to greenhouse that comes in a traditional green frame colour. A lean-to greenhouse is perfect for not taking up too much room in your garden. The lean-to only comes 4 ft off the wall, making it perfect for gardens where space is of a premium. A feature of the broadway lean-to greenhouse is that it has zero threshold entry, which means there is nothing to step over when you enter. This makes it extremely easy and safe for users, as well as for wheelchair and wheelbarrow access. As well as this, the double doors open very smoothly and require less maintenance than traditional greenhouses. Lean-to greenhouses absorb heat better than traditional greenhouses as the brick wall behind the greenhouse absorbs more heat, which is then released once the temperature drops in the evening. Other accessories include a roof vent for ventilation, integral guttering, a key lock system and toughened or polycarbonate glazing options. What's the difference between each glazing options?

Toughened Glazing - Toughened Glass is stronger and durable than Horticultural glass. On a rare occasion of it shattering, it will break in to tiny pieces.
Polycarbonate Glazing - Polycarbonate is a virtually unbreakable material that is an ideal option for family gardens.

All Orders will be Delivered within 21 - 28 Days from receipt of order
All customers will be contacted 48 hours prior to delivery to provide AM / PM delivery date
Delivery charges to all other Offshore and Scottish Islands locations require individual quotes (please call customer services before ordering)

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Free delivery for orders over £50 and £4.99 delivery for orders less than £50.

Prices are for UK Mainland only. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays, depending on your local DPD depot.

We strive to deliver goods within 30 days from the date of order. If your order will take longer than 30 days, we’ll inform you before accepting and completing your order.

Remote delivery locations

Other areas such as the Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands may be subject to additional charges. Please contact us before making your purchase.

Delivery slots

A delivery date will be booked in to allow time to accept the delivery. Cancellations or orders with failed pre-booked deliveries will be quoted for re-delivery which will cost around £45 per package or pallet.

Useful information

All garden furniture will be delivered kerbside unless otherwise stated. All other products will be delivered to your front door.

Machinery and furniture orders will require a signature as proof of delivery due to the high value of the goods.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind? We’re happy to refund your item as long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. You’ll need to return it back to us in new and unused condition, with tags still attached in the product’s original packaging.

How to return your item

Simply email returns@internetgardener.co.uk to arrange your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Package your item securely and obtain a free proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Without proof of postage we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure you send your item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. All products are checked by our Returns Department. If everything looks good, we’ll refund the price of your item to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.

Faulty or damaged items

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 1 working day of the delivery date so we can make it right.

Please note we can only refund the postage costs to return the item if it was incorrect or faulty.
