You've acknowledged my order. What happens now?
Our dedicated team will confirm stock of your order with our warehouses. Once we've ensured your item is in stock,
we'll take payment and send you a receipt with a delivery timescale. We like to take care of your order personally,
so if it was placed at night or outside of normal office hours, we'll do this for you the next working day.
I'm a bit worried where my payment details have gone. Is your site secure?
For our customers' security and peace of mind, we use a fully secure and encrypted payment system Sage Pay. We never hold full card
details within our system or office, so you can be sure your details are safe and sound. When your online order is placed, it passes
security checks and generates an authorisation rather than debiting funds from your card at the time of order. We will notify you before
processing payment if there are any changes or variations to your order. We only debit the funds from your card after we've fully processed your order.
Your site says delivery can be up to 28 days. Will it really take that long?
We aim to get all orders to our customers as quickly as possible. If your item is held within our own warehouses, it can be delivered quickly,
sometimes during the next 1-2 working days depending on product and location. If your item comes from one of our partners, it may take a little
longer. Some garden buildings, hand-crafted items, and other special-order items may need additional time, so our manufacturers can prepare
these custom orders individually for you. We quote 28 days as the longest possible delivery. Once we process your order, we'll give you an
up-to-date delivery timescale. If you have any concerns or need an item quickly, give us a call. We'll always do the best we can to accommodate your needs.
Your Website says free delivery. Does this cover areas outside the UK?
Our free delivery service covers the majority of the UK mainland. Some items can be shipped abroad at additional cost. If you'd like to
find out about international shipping options, get in touch, and we can advise on the options.
I live somewhere where couriers sometimes charge more for delivery. Will there be a surcharge?
Our free delivery service covers the vast majority of the UK mainland. In a minority of cases, our couriers may apply a small surcharge to
deliver to certain postcodes, and you would be responsible for this additional charge. If this applies to your order, we'll contact you before
debiting any funds or shipping your item.
How do I know when my delivery will arrive?
Once your order is processed, we'll advise you of the delivery schedule by email. We use various couriers depending on item and location.
Large items and palletised deliveries are usually booked directly with you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
What is a palletised or curb-side delivery?
Many products, especially large items requiring assembly, will arrive on a shrink-wrapped pallet and require a signature.
These pallets are left on the curb within your property boundary where possible. The pallet truck will need a suitable hard,
flat surface, so if you have a gravel or hilly drive, the pallet will be left at the property on the boundary. Pallet deliveries
are booked with you in advance, so you can notify us of any restricted access. Be conscious of any time you may need to
unload pallets into your garden or garage as the delivery driver will not be able to help.
What if my item has sold out?
In the minority of cases where stock is not currently in the warehouse, we'll contact you to let you know when your item will be back in stock.
If you prefer, we'll do our best to offer a suitable alternative product. You will not be charged for any item until we have confirmed stock
and completely processed your order.
