This Classic II ceramic egg BBQ is designed for low and slow barbequing or grilling a juicy steak at a high temperature. Perfect for the BBQ enthusiast and outdoor entertainer this cooker can slow cook for several hours for a juicy and tender joint of meat whilst you entertain family and friends. Its manufactured from thick-walled premium ceramic to retain smoke and moisture with excellent heat resistance at high temperatures and has a 5 piece firebox to eliminate damage from thermal cracking. Cook between the range of 82– 399 Celsius with help from the Kontrol tower top vent and bottom vent which maintains a constant air setting for precise airflow management. The divide and conquer cooking system allows you to cook on different levels with the option of direct and indirect cooking at the same time. The heat plate and griddle have a half moon style which offers optimum flexibility. To improve the durability and user experience this charcoal BBQ includes a breakthrough hinge to reduce the dome weight by 96% for an effortlessly smooth mechanism. Its gasket seal is made from wire mesh fibreglass which offers a superior air tight seal design to last 10x that standard industry gaskets paired with a reliable stainless-steel latch. Kamado cooking should be always be fuelled with premium lump wood charcoal to maximise the heat, to burn longer and most importantly to offer a better taste.

Shipping

Free delivery for orders over £50 and £4.99 delivery for orders less than £50.

Prices are for UK Mainland only. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays, depending on your local DPD depot.

We strive to deliver goods within 30 days from the date of order. If your order will take longer than 30 days, we’ll inform you before accepting and completing your order.

Remote delivery locations

Other areas such as the Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands may be subject to additional charges. Please contact us before making your purchase.

Delivery slots

A delivery date will be booked in to allow time to accept the delivery. Cancellations or orders with failed pre-booked deliveries will be quoted for re-delivery which will cost around £45 per package or pallet.

Useful information

All garden furniture will be delivered kerbside unless otherwise stated. All other products will be delivered to your front door.

Machinery and furniture orders will require a signature as proof of delivery due to the high value of the goods.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind? We’re happy to refund your item as long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. You’ll need to return it back to us in new and unused condition, with tags still attached in the product’s original packaging.

How to return your item

Simply email returns@internetgardener.co.uk to arrange your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Package your item securely and obtain a free proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Without proof of postage we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure you send your item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. All products are checked by our Returns Department. If everything looks good, we’ll refund the price of your item to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.

Faulty or damaged items

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 1 working day of the delivery date so we can make it right.

Please note we can only refund the postage costs to return the item if it was incorrect or faulty.
