Returns of Wellingtons:

• PLEASE USE THE ABOVE CHART TO CHECK YOUR BOOT SIZE PRIOR TO ORDERING. Returns postage for wrong sizes / not liking the product is at the customer’s own cost
• Only defective products maybe exchanged by The Internet Gardener Ltd a
• The customer must notify The Internet Gardener Ltd of any defects within 5 working days of delivery via sales@internetgardener.co.uk or 08450 941707
• Occasionally boots may contain blemishes in pattern print which occurs during manufacture. This will not affect the overall performance or quality of the item and does not constitute a defective product.
• The product guarantee period for Wellingtons is 6 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided with all returns. The warranty does not cover goods used inappropriately or in extreme weather.
