Spring Flowering Bulbs
Spring flowering bulbs are perfect for bringing the first colour of the spring and brightening up those winter mornings. Our spring bulb selection includes Allium Giganteum bulbs, Crocu and Iris bulbs, Aconite Eranthis Hyemalis, Chinodoxa Forbesii but to name a few. Alliums
Allium Bulbs are becoming more and more popular in both architectural formal planting plus the long lasting flowers are ideal for cutting. Allium flower bulbs are hardy and long lasting flower bulbs that will return year after year and ultumately form a clump of Allium flowers
Crocus & Iris
Crocus bulbs offer a wide range of colour combinations flowering from Janurary through February. Iris Bulbs on the other hand are a taller and later flowering flower bulbs i.e. June / July. Iris bulbs generally have strong uniform flowers and are ideal for borders and cutting. Plant in a sunny well drained position approx 150 per square metre for best effect.

Tulips
Tulip Bulbs offer beautiful tall, strong stems with large oval shaped flowers which are ideal as cut flowers. Tulip bulbs flower late April and are perfect for bringing colour into your garden year on year. Our Tulip Bulb collection includes Single Early Tulips, Diana Tulip, Purple Prince Tulip, Triumph White Dream Tulip, The Darwin Hybrid Apeldoorn Tulips and even Single Late Tulips of Queen of the Night Flower Bulbs.
Winter Aconite
Along with the traditional Snowdrop, Eranthis are one of the earliest bulbs to bloom emerging deep in the glooms of February. Eranthis flowers themselves resemble Butterbups but have a green collar at the base of the flower. Winter Aconite Eranthis Hyemalis are rather small and will benefit from a 24 hours soak priot to planting.
Anemone Bulbs
The flowers from these little Anemone bulbs have long been used int eh florist industry but quite rightly they deserve a place in the garden for their bold colours. Our range of Anemone spring flowering bulbs include Anemone Blanda, Anemone De Caen, and Anemone St Bridgid. We advise soaking the corms for 24 hours before planting
Chionodoxa, Chinodoxa Bulbs
Chinodoxa bulbs or Chionodoxa as they are also spelt are beautiful delicate flowers. Chionodoxa bulbs have pretty star shaped flowers with long narrow leaves. Chionodoxa bulbs are particularly useful within rockeries and for attractively filling space within borders. Chionodoxa Luciliae bulbs are ideal for full sun or semi shade with early spring flowering
Scilla
Scilla Suberica Spring Flowering Bulbs are ideal for naturalising into the garden. With shiny basal leaves and racemes of bowl shaped flowers these Scilla Siberica spring flowering bulbs are beautiful and flower between March - April
Amaryllis (Hippeastrum)
Amarylis bulbs are wonderful as indoor pot plants. Pot these large bulbs (we supply 30/32cm bulb) between Nov - March with the top half remaining above the soil in damp but free-draining bulb fibre. Soak the Amarylis bulb roots for an house before planting. Place in a warm dark spot until the flower bud appears then move into a well lit position. Amarylis bulbs and in particular Amarylis Papilo will flower for 6 - 8 weeks
