The Gas BarbeSkew is a unique gas BBQ in that it rotates the food automatically, so it cooks all over and throughouly. For kebabs you simply use the 2 cage skewers included and slot into the rotating mechanism. As for burgers and other foods there are three cage racks which rotate along the length of the bbq. This Gas BarbeSkew is easily controlled and features flame tamers to reduce flare ups.
