This Barbados Hammock by Amazonas originates from the Ceara region in the North East of Brazil where hammock making has a long tradition. The production of high-quality Amazonas hammocks provides over 100 people with secure jobs, at above average wages, in one of the poorest areas in Brazil. We also guarantee that children are not involved in the manufacturing of our garden hammocks.
